Disclaimer & Warranty DELIVERY Custom Window Treatments would like the purchase of your window treatments and related accessories to be an enjoyable experience. Once all product information and measurements have been determined and a 50% deposit has been received to initiate the order, all orders are put into production. Average delivery time is four to six weeks. Occasionally, unforeseen backorders or other circumstances may delay the average delivery time. You will be informed of changes to estimated delivery dates, should they occur. Custom Window Treatments realizes that, beyond style and function, a quick delivery is of the utmost importance to the client.  However, while we will always place your orders expeditiously, due to circumstances that are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.  Delivery date may be affected by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, fabric and material back orders, and other forces affecting the supplier. MEASUREMENTS All bedding measurements will be taken once beds are assembled and standing upon the flooring material that they will permanently reside upon.  Exceptions  will rarely be made.  If buyer requests a premature measurement, buyer agrees to accept the goods "as is".  Alterations that are necessary as a result of premature measurements will be done solely at the expense of the buyer.
