Custom Window Treatments was established in 1995 by Cheryl Carroll, a certified window treatment consultant.  She has been designing and selling custom window designs since 1983. Cheryl has specialized in the field of window treatments as the industry has evolved.  She enjoys helping her clients find the right window treatment to meet their needs.   Cheryl is a finalist for the Reader’s Choice award - an honor received from the Sarasota Herald-Tribune.
